HAPPY XMAS! – X is the abbreviation of the name Christ used since early Christian times. Someone made a meme, “Put the ‘Christ’ back in “Xmas.” IT ALREADY IS. I had a good long rant with a meme, mind you, a MEME, not a sentient being, that stated that using the contraction X in Christmas negated Christ. Created by an overzealous, illiterate bible-thumper who meant well, superficially speaking. The commenters were equally well uninformed. I lost my cookies. But I was talking to the void. No audience.
