San Geronimo! reprise 1976 bicentennial

When I was very young, I was the female lead in a historical musical review at Lagunitas School, ca. 1965. We raised funds for the Freedom School in Indianola, Mississippi, during the Civil Rights movement. In 1976 we did a bicentennial revue where I co-directed and wrote updated skits with the original producer Barbara Scott for a SSU theatre community service project. Robbie Raffael and I made elaborate full body paper mâché headdresses a la Fred Curchack. I was surprised to find these papers tucked in among my old letters. The original 1965 program was destroyed but it looks like Barbara merely updated a copy the old program. Close enough.
