Friday the 13th, it’s raining for reals—with a king tide today. Highest tide of the year. Donna’s driveway where the septic tank is, has sinkholes. What else could go wrong? Anybody up for a septic tank snorkel? Petaluma, and all the Sausalito on-ramps are underwater. King tides will be at their highest Sunday and Monday.
