It’s allegory season, as a friend quipped. I am so allergic this AM, my sneezes can be heard in the next county. Happy Mayday, mayday—my nose needs rescuing. Or a passport. Welcome to the allegory season. Wait until the ginormous hyperbole season comes. Sometimes I sneeze so hard, I have rugboard AbFabs. Either that, or my arse is in the next county. Sonoma County has among the highest pollen count in the world. I noticed that when I was living in Oakland, my allergies were much less severe, than here. Except for black mold, but that was year-round, not seasonal. I hate it when the sneezes come so fast and furious that you can barely breathe. Did you know that sunlight can trigger them? Fact, masks are a major hindrance during a sneeze attack. Not to mention, wet, afterwards.
