Pure metaphor poems

My hair, a great mass of seaweed...

My seaweed hair,
a hidden weight
beneath the keel
pulls me down into clay
My pillow becomes a deep sea
where the bow of my forehead
crests feathered waves
These eyes, beacons
along the shore of sanity
close in sleep, to dream
My hands on the flannel sheets
are small naked albatrosses
ready to take flight.

I don't know the date, exactly
use body parts as metaphor
