Tempera, watercolor, and water-base black marking pen (Eberhart Faber), 12x18". Slideshow of outrageous fish, a little fish anatomy and then kids invent their own fantastical fishes. Introduction of white is always interesting as kids want to go overboard. We put color down first‚ otherwise they try & paint white on white, missing the point of making pastels, hues and tones.
